The Asia Pacific Capital Group is an asset management company established in 1992 and a 50-50 joint venture partner of General Electric (GE) in Asia. Asia Pacific Capital is the manager of the GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund - the only GE fund that manages not only GE's balance sheet capital but also assets of other large corporations, institutions, and insurance companies.
Experience
The team has experience in all major alternative asset classes including private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, PIPEs, listed investments, and buyouts. The Group members have extensive experience and operational expertise internationally, and particularly in Asia. The team has successfully invested in technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, life sciences, retail, media, and outsourcing companies throughout Asia.
Licenses
As a Hong Kong based investment advisor, Asia Pacific Capital (HK) Ltd. and the Managing Directors individually are registered with and licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission. Asia Pacific Capital also holds a SEBI approved FVCI license for investment in India.
