| Jun Daikuhara |
Mr. Daikuhara is Chief Executive of JD Consulting, Inc. and Managing Director of Pacific Alliance Investment Management; a Hong Kong based value-oriented alternative investment manager. He was a key leader in the turnaround of Shinsei Bank (formerly LTCB) as a member of its management committee and President of Shinsei Investment Management, helping to grow its asset management business from zero to Yen 400 billion in assets.
Mr. Daikuhara was a founding board member of Blue Bay Asset Management, plc, a US$7B London Stock Exchange-listed fixed income credit manager and sits on the board of several Japanese pre-IPO ventures. Prior to Shinsei, Mr.Daikuhara had various senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Nomura in Tokyo and New York.
Mr.Daikuhara has a B.A. in Economics from Keio University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

While the President of NBC Asia, a subsidiary of General Electric, Mr. Fung was on the advisory board of the GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund. Mr. Fung was most recently Managing Director, North Asia and Chief Client Service Officer, Asia Pacific for ACNielsen. As Managing Director, North Asia, Mr. Fung was responsible for ACNielsen's businesses in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea. In addition, Mr. Fung has overall responsibility for the company's client service function across the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Fung is an experienced business leader of industry stature who has built successful businesses in media and communications, consumer goods and services for blue chip multinational companies across Asia. He is a member of the board of directors of New Skies Satellites, a global satellite company listed on NYSE which serves telecommunications, broadcasting and internet businesses around the world. He also sits on the Council of Governors of CASBAA (Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia), an industry organisation of which he was elected by its members as a past President.
Before ACNielsen, Mr. Fung was the founding President of NBC Asia, the Asian operations of the US television network NBC. He helped launch the CNBC Asia channel which became the market leader in business news. Prior to NBC Asia, he was General Manager, International Operations at TVB, the leading television broadcaster in Hong Kong. He led TVB's international expansion in broadcasting and program distribution throughout Asia, North America, and Europe. Before TVB, Mr. Fung was Vice President, Far East for consumer products at American Home Products, a multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in New York. Mr. Fung has an MBA from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

While General Counsel at GE Capital Asia Pacific, Mr. Hay was on the Board of the GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund and worked with the Manager on many transactions in Asia.
A qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and a member of the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Hay has extensive experience representing financial and strategic investors in all aspects of private equity transactions from inception through exit. Notable transactions include the establishment of a US$100 million distressed debt investment company targeting China; the acquisition, financing and disposition of a distressed US$1 billion sports complex in Western Japan; the structuring, acquisition, servicing and settlement of US$3 billion in distressed debt in Thailand and Korea; as well as completion of more than 12 acquisitions and joint ventures across Asia for GE Capital.
At present, Mr. Hay is the Managing Director of William Hay & Co, an investment company active in China. Previously, he was the general counsel of Colony Capital Asia Limited, a global real-estate opportunity fund manager, the general counsel of GE Capital Asia Pacific, and a partner of Lovells, one of the world's largest law firms. He had previously practised corporate and financial law in New York City for 13 years, where his practice included inward investment to China.
Mr. Hay received a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, an A.M. from Harvard University in East Asian Studies, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He has been a resident in Hong Kong since 1995 and fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Patni is Chairman and CEO of Patni Computer Systems, a Portfolio company of Fund I. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Patni has played an integral role in the development of the Indian IT industry and has been instrumental in initiating the offshore outsourcing business model for the software industry. Mr. Patni's professional experience includes senior management and consulting positions with U.S. Trust Company of New York and Arthur D. Little, Inc. He was also President and Director of the Forrester Consulting Group. Mr. Patni holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Roorkee, an SM in Electrical Engineering from MIT, and an SM in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Alain Patricot is Chairman and Founder of Kappa Finance Group. Mr Patricot has more than 30 years global expertise in corporate finance and asset management new business development. Prior to establishing Kappa Finance Group in 1998, he held senior positions in Citibank, Daiwa Securities, Banque Indosuez (Gartmore-Indosuez Asset Management) and AXA Asset Management.
At the outset of his career, Alain spent 13 years with Citibank in London, New York, and Paris specializing in commodities financing/hedging, private banking and international sales. Thereafter, Alain lead Daiwa Europe's Corporate Finance Department privatization, debt/equity origination and execution coverage in French speaking European and North African countries. Subsequently, he held senior managerial positions with international sales responsibilities at Banque Indosuez (now part of Credit Agricole) and AXA Asset Management, before establishing Kappa Finance Group.
Mr. Patricot has been involved in the creation and placement of private equity funds since 1989. He is a graduate from "Sciences Po" business school in Paris and holds a Law Degree from Paris University.
